• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
  • Developing internal labor regulations, collective labor agreements, salary and bonus schemes, disciplinary procedures, and other internal policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Advising on recruitment, termination of employment, and employee disciplinary actions.
  • Representing employers in labor disputes, negotiations, and mediations with employees and labor unions.
  • Assisting with foreign labor procedures, including visa applications, work permits/work permit exemptions, and temporary residence cards.
